LCO Vocational Rehabilitation is an
eligibility-based program funded by a grant under Section 121 of the
Rehabilitation Services Act administered by the U.S. Department of
Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration. Section 121 of the
Rehabilitation Services Act was created to promote and provide funding of
vocational rehabilitation services specifically for Alaskan Natives and
American Indians with disabilities. Participation in an American Indian
Vocational Rehabilitation program does not exclude participation in the
State of Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Program. An
individual may choose to apply to either program, or possibly receive
