ELIGIBILITY
 
To be eligible for LCO Vocational Rehabilitation services, individuals:
  • Must live within our service delivery area (Sawyer County or on reservation)
  • Must be an enrolled member of an Alaskan Native or American Indian tribe.
  • Must have a physical, mental or sensory disability.
  • This disability must constitute or result in a substantial impediment to your employment.
  • You may be reasonably expected to benefit from the vocational rehabilitation services received.

Examples of Disabilities:

  • Amputations
  • Blindness or Eye Disorders
  • Drug and Alcohol Addiction
  • Head Injuries
  • Hearing Problems
  • Learning Disability
  • Mental Retardation
  • Mental Illness
  • Orthopedic Problems
  • Seizure Disorders
  • Speech Problems
  • Spinal Cord Injuries
